Tommy utilizes a combination of strength-based and psychodynamic approaches in her therapeutic work, acknowledging the importance of both empowering people to recognize and develop their strengths and working to uncover the underlying emotional patterns that shape their experiences. She is committed to creating systems and structures that promote resilience, strength and well-being for individuals, their support systems and communities. Tommy is proud to have raised three wonderful humans of her own and brings the same spirit of compassion, dedication and care to her work.
