Susannah Lilie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with three years of supervisory experience. She received her Masters degree in Social Work from Loyola University specializing in Mental Health. Susannah’s background includes working with children, adolescents, parents, and adults seeking relief from anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, perfectionism, school anxiety, OCD, sleep disorders, career anxiety/coaching, skin picking, hair pulling, nail biting, Tourette’s, Autism, ADHD, and substance use disorders. She has extensive experience providing crisis support in community, school, and outpatient clinical settings.
Susannah’s therapeutic approach integrates the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strength-based, and mindfulness techniques to ensure a holistically supportive groundwork for clients.
