Ryne is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). He received his Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology from Marquette University . Ryne has clinical experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other empirically supported treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, to treat all types of anxiety, depression, phobias, public speaking, health anxiety, PTSD, OCD, school anxiety, multicultural concerns and insomnia.
Ryne utilizes evidence based treatment modalities such as CBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand changes in their emotions while remaining grounded in times of stress. Ryne also emphasizes creating a space for clients that feels safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental for clients to feel as honest as possible. Ryne believes that in this space, clients are able to understand, de-construct, and re-construct associated thoughts and behaviors surrounding mental health concerns. Ryne is available to offer therapeutic services to individuals and families, as well as parent coaching.
