Rebecca Gronceski, BA

Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Indiana University, and is now a Master’s candidate at Northwestern University working towards her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Rebecca works with adolescents, teenagers, and adults on a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety disorders, grief, and trauma. She holds certifications in Transcultural Counseling, Psychological First Aid, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Rebecca selects techniques from CBT, ACT, person-centered, and multicultural theories based on each client’s unique needs. In session, Rebecca uses humor, collaboration, and transparency to assist clients in reaching their goals.
