Meet Mandy Kromer

Care Manager

Mandy (they/them) graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. They are passionate about helping others and ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to thrive in life. Mandy is very excited to be on the Light On Anxiety team as it will be a great chance to gain experience and learn from others on the team. In their free time, Mandy enjoys watching video essays, doing puzzles, reading, and going to concerts.   

I have only had my intake session, thus far. But even with this limited interaction I can say that every aspect of my experience so far with LOA has been very positive. From the ease with which I was able to request and secure my first appointment, to the constructive and welcoming tone of my intake session, up to this point, all my interactions with LOA staff and its patient portal have been great.
