Maddie is a dedicated counselor who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Light On Anxiety. She earned her Masters degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Before joining our team, Maddie has worked with children, adolescents, and adults.

Maddie has a strong passion for helping individuals of all ages and is well-versed in evidence-based interventions. She specializes in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Maddie effectively treats individuals facing all types of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Phobias, Panic, ADHD, Autism, and Performance Anxiety.

With a commitment to creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment, Maddie helps clients explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies. Her compassionate approach, coupled with her expertise in relationship dynamics and emotional wellness, empowers clients to make meaningful changes and achieve personal growth. Maddie is dedicated to enhancing her clients’ overall well-being and helping them navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
