With a rich background spanning inpatient, outpatient, and school-based settings, Kaitlin brings a wealth of experience in supporting adults, adolescents, and children on their therapeutic journeys. She values the importance of establishing trust and connection with her clients, cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere where they feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
In her practice, Kaitlin integrates evidence-based approaches, with a particular emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles and trauma-informed care. Kailin enjoys working with all types of anxiety, depression, perfectionism, LGBTQ, OCD, Agoraphobia, panic disorders, and substance use.
