Dr. Ilana Gross, Psy.D.

Dr. Ilana Gross, Psy.D earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyon College and her Clinical Psychology Doctorate (Psy.D.) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Psychology. Dr. Gross has extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, depression, ADHD, and high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder. She also has a special interest in procrastination and introversion. She consistently brings creativity into her sessions and infuses play therapy and expressive therapies into the CBT and DBT-based treatment modalities she offers.
Dr. Gross believes that having a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship is key to treatment success. She emphasizes understanding the client’s personal goals, helping the client discover their own unique strengths, and working closely with family members and other providers to allow for rapid, meaningful progress.
