Hannah Romain, LLMSW

Hannah has a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both of which she received from the University of Michigan. She is a certified CBT for Anxiety & OCD specialist, having completed the extensive clinical training program through the Center for Anxiety Training. In addition, Hannah has successfully completed advanced training programs in CBT-I (CBT for Insomnia) and the treatment of BFRBs such as trichotillomania.
Hannah has clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults facing anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, Selective Mutism, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is particularly energized by working with young children and catering to their unique interests and intellectual abilities. Hannah utilizes evidence-based practices including CBT, ERP, and mindfulness.
Hannah aims to create an affirming space for her clients and believes that the relationship between the client and therapist is essential to the therapeutic process. Through her warm, empathic, and strengths-based approach, Hannah aims to serve as a guide and collaborator as clients work toward their individual goals. She believes in the resilience of her clients and enjoys being with them each step of the way on their journey toward sustainable growth and change.
