Grace Cusack, MA

Grace completed her Master’s in Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a concentration in health psychology and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University. Grace has engaged in training across various settings including intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) at a leading hospital specializing in the treatment of anxiety and OCD. Grace has worked with families and clients of all ages and has advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, and related disorders.
Through her training, Grace furthered her commitment to individualized treatment tailored to each client. Grace utilizes evidence-based interventions including ERP, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to raise client’s awareness of their symptoms and help develop effective coping skills and challenge safety seeking behaviors. Grace believes in collaborating with clients to ensure their treatment plan aligns with their current needs and values. She strives to create a safe and encouraging space for her clients and their families.
