Francesca Cottone, LPC, NCC

Francesca is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She received her Masters of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Saint Louis University. Francesca has clinical experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Interventions to individuals and families. Francesca enjoys working with clients with all types of anxiety, OCD, phobias, mood disorders, chronic illness, and trauma. Francesca utilizes her skillset to support children and adults throughout their journey through a holistic lens and looks at the “whole person” in her practice.
Francesca utilizes her clinical experience working in an integrated care delivery system to assist her clients in obtaining continuity of care from a mind-body wellness framework. In addition, Francesca has extensive experience offering clients strengths-based coaching to mitigate adjustment issues associated with environmental stressors.
