Her educational journey, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and advancing through a Master of Science in Nursing at Elmhurst University, culminated with a Post-Master certificate as a PMHNP-BC from the University of St. Francis. Erika’s clinical training at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health outpatient services and BZA Behavioral Health provided her with robust, hands-on experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

She actively participates in the perinatal mental health community through volunteer work and serves on the Board of Directors for Postpartum Support Illinois. Additionally, Erika has pursued advanced training from the National Curriculum of Reproductive Psychiatry to enhance her skills in treating the perinatal population.
