What Light on Anxiety Clients Have To Say About Their Experience Working With Emily Lambert:
“Emily, I want to thank you for all of your support and guidance this year. I am grateful to be working with you. With each session, you have created an atmosphere that is supportive, accepting, challenging, engaging and even light-hearted. Your ability to help develop strategy, work on specific exercises in session, and assign homework (especially writing) has been tremendous and has helped me grow and learn in many ways. You have helped me connect and make sense of my past and present, with developing a foundation for the future. These are things I was never able to do or even thought were possible.”
