Dr. Keely Dee, Psy.D., is a dedicated therapist at Light On Anxiety with a wealth of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Dee earned her doctoral degree from the APA-Accredited Clinical Psychology, Psy.D. program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Driven by a passion for mental health, Dr. Dee has cultivated her expertise in diverse clinical environments, including PHP and IOP Programs, community mental health, therapeutic day schools, and private practice. Her practice focuses on evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailored to children, teens, adults, and families. Additionally, Dr. Dee is adept in psychological testing and assessment.

Dr. Dee’s approach is grounded in a systemic perspective, recognizing the importance of addressing clients’ behaviors within their broader contexts. She specializes in treating a range of symptoms in children, adolescents, and adults, including anxiety, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma. In addition, Dr. Dee is passionate about providing parent coaching services, offering practical strategies and support to parents navigating the challenges of raising children with anxiety or related disorders. Additionally, she has experience working with adults suffering from anxiety disorders, employing a compassionate and evidence-based approach to help them overcome their struggles and reclaim their lives.
