Dana Weinstein, LSW
Dana is a licensed social worker and a certified CBT for Anxiety & OCD specialist having completed the extensive clinical training program through the Center for Anxiety Training. She received both her Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Iowa. Dana’s clinical experience includes working with children and adolescents with symptoms of OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and personality disorders in a mental health intensive outpatient (IOP) setting. Dana also has extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities including autism and intellectual disability.
Dana is a strong proponent for facilitating the connection between mind and body in order to live a healthy, happy, and well-balanced life. She believes taking care of one’s body as a whole can help individuals to feel supported through life’s transitions and better handle the curveballs life throws. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and is a Certified Yoga Teacher. Dana is passionate about collaborating with individuals in therapy to ensure that their values and goals are at the forefront of treatment.
