Cliff Sakutukwa is a Research Analyst at Light On Anxiety. He is currently pursuing his MPH at Harvard University, expected to graduate in 2026. Cliff has over 11 years of consulting experience supporting public health institutions through Digital Transformations, IT Modernization, AI and Data Strategy, and Strategy & Program Management. This summer, he will support research aimed at improving our understanding of the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in delivering action-oriented, effective, and empirically supported treatments for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. Cliff holds an MBA from Yale University.
He is based in Chicago, where he enjoys exploring the city with his wife and 2.5-year-old daughter, running along the lake, and playing soccer.
