Chelsea is a Certified Light On Anxiety Treatment Specialist who received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. Chelsea is a Licensed Professional Counselor who utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness in her treatment. She believes strongly in the connection of the brain to the overall health and wellness in the body.
Chelsea has had time as a stay at home parent, during which time she received her yoga teacher certification. Her approach to counseling is collaborative, eclectic, and tailored to individual client needs. Chelsea believes that growth occurs through learning and allows the individual to be their best self. She has experience with all types of anxiety, ADHD, OCD, womenโs health, insomnia, panic, parent coaching, and depression. Chelsea has seen firsthand the success and impact that CBT can have on anxiety-related experiences, and enjoys supporting her clients through their journey.
