Catherine began her studies in psychology at Connecticut College, where she pursued a double major in Psychology and Human Development. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at The Teachers College of Columbia University, further honing her skills in therapeutic practice. Currently, Catherine is studying at Adler University, pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a focus on child and adolescent psychology.
Throughout her professional journey, Catherine has engaged with individuals across the lifespan, from infancy to geriatrics, but she has found her passion lies in working with children and adolescents. She has dedicated her clinical experience to empowering young minds, focusing on aspects crucial to their growth, such as identity formation, self-confidence, and the cultivation of healthy relationships. Catherine’s approach is characterized by warmth, compassion, and a commitment to understanding each individual’s unique needs, fostering an environment where clients feel heard and supported.
