Camila De Azevedo, M.Ed., LCPC, CCATP
Camila is a certified CBT for Anxiety & OCD specialist and has completed the clinical training program through the Center for Anxiety Training. Camila‘s clinical background includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for anxiety disorders (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Anxiety Disorders, CBT for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has received her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University as well as her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her background includes parenting education, trauma-focused CBT, early childhood psychology, divorce, and adoption issues. Camila is passionate about her work with adolescents and young-adults, particularly with the LGBTQA+ population, and individuals struggling with relationship concerns, disorders of overcontrol and OCD. As a native of Brazil, Camila can provide treatment in Portuguese. Her approach is compassionate and culturally-sensitive CBT therapy with a whole-person perspective.
