Bel is a Certified Light On Anxiety Treatment Specialist and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University Medical School. She holds a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Kansas.

Bel has extensive training and experience in the areas of chronic health, mind-body approaches, CBT for insomnia, and navigating wounds. She enjoys working with all types of anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She adopts a collaborative treatment model tailored to each client’s unique presentation and values system. Bel utilizes evidence-based interventions such as ERP for OCD, ACT and DBT. She helps clients recognize and navigate their mental health symptoms with skill and compassion and is committed to creating a safe and understanding space where clients feel comfortable.

In her spare time you can find Bel going on long walks and rock climbing, spending quality time with friends and family, and engaging in hobbies such as reading, thrifting, creating art, and puzzling.
