Ashley received a Master of Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago and holds a Bachelor degree of Social Work from Spring Arbor University. She has clinical experience working with a wide variety of clients in various inpatient/outpatient programs. Ashley enjoys working with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, all types of Anxiety Disorders, Parent Coaching, School Anxiety, and Panic Disorders. Ashley uses evidence-based treatments in her practice such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and likes to lead with a person-centered approach.

She loves to work collaboratively with her clients to help them achieve their goals and believes clients are equal participants in their healing journey. Ashley uses empathy, compassion, and encouragement to create a warm and open environment.

Ashley is a wonderful therapist, who challenges me, provides a safe space with no judgment, provides effective skills and feedback during our sessions.
