Ashley is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a Master of Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Social Work from Spring Arbor University. With a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families, Ashley specializes in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), particularly contamination OCD, Harm OCD, and various Anxiety Disorders. She has training in treating Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), including dermatillomania (skin picking) and trichotillomania (hair pulling).  Additionally, Ashley provides care in Parent Coaching, Couples Counseling, Family Counseling, and supporting clients in navigating panic disorder, health anxiety, and interpersonal challenges.

In her practice, Ashley employs evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She integrates these approaches with a person-centered mindset, working collaboratively with clients to address individual struggles and relational dynamics. Ashley’s expertise in parent coaching also helps caregivers feel equipped to support their children’s emotional and mental well-being effectively.

Ashley is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. She believes therapy is a collaborative and transformative process where empathy, compassion, and encouragement guide clients toward healing and resilience. Whether helping clients overcome BFRBs, anxiety, or relationship challenges, Ashley is committed to fostering positive, lasting change.
