Ashley Henderson, LCSW, CCATP

Ashley received a Master of Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University of Central Florida. She has completed extensive training to become a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and approaches her work with a warm personality, patience, and a desire to help her client’s grow and thrive in their daily lives. Ashley has a special interest in utilizing behavior modification to reduce anxiety behaviors and enhance effective coping and stress management. She has advanced training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Trichotillomania and other body focused repetitive behaviors such as skin picking. In addition, Ashley is the clinical manager of the Light on Anxiety School Anxiety & Refusal Program.
