Alicia utilizes evidence-based practices including CBT and mindfulness to meet her clients where they’re at, and help them identify thought and behavior patterns that will keep them grounded and on track with their therapy goals.
Alicia aims to create a welcoming and comfortable space for her clients, and believes that the client-clinician relationship is key to the therapeutic process. She uses her compassion, empathy, and fun energy to foster collaboration and empower her clients. Alicia believes that the therapy space is to be non-judgmental and client-focused, and looks at therapy from a whole person approach – treating the mind and body to foster a physically, mentally, and emotionally balanced life.
