Aida has her BA in Health Information Management from University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to joining Light On Anxiety, she worked at a dental office in the Chicago area as an intern assistant manager. Aida specializes in billing, handles health insurance claims, implements policies and procedures to keep the medical office running smoothly. She is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the revenue cycle and helping to oversee the security procedures that guard the private information of the business and its patients.
