Meghan Ringler, LSW

Meghan received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work with a concentration in family systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University. Meghan’s clinical experience includes working with adolescents, adults, families and couples. Additionally, her background includes working with clients struggling from the symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationships difficulties, life transitions, and domestic violence and she has advanced training in emetophobia/vomit phobia.
Meghan believes that all people have the potential to harness the strength and power to overcome life circumstances, but it often takes a helping hand. Meghan’s therapeutic approach emphasizes collaboration and meeting clients where they’re at in their life experiences. Meghan utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and an overall strengths based trauma-focused lens, to best work with clients in their life contexts. Meghan uses humor, compassion, and empathy to empower clients not only in the therapy room, but in their daily life.
