Yoga & Mindfulness for Anxiety Group

Join us for yoga and mindfulness practices for anxiety! Anxiety can pull us from the present moment and send us into a state of worry and fear. Studies show that the combination of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work) and mindful meditation can help to alleviate anxiety by training our brain to stay in the present moment. In this group we will incorporate these three practices and more to increase self-awareness and quiet the anxious mind.
- 4-week group on Saturdays from 9-10am February 22nd- March 14th
- Cost: $200 ($50 per session)—Can bill to Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

- What to bring: yoga mat and (optional) journal
