People who experience anxiety often care deeply about many things in their life, and work is no exception. When you care so much about your job, it’s easy to let it take over your life. While setting boundaries in our lives is important, not all of us are good at it. The writer of this article did an experiment to see if setting an out-of-office automatic reply on her email would relieve some anxiety. It turned out to be an act of self-care she didn’t expect but desperately needed.
