I was having trouble sleeping. My physician gave me a prescription for sleeping pills, but told me the real solution would be Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and referred me to Light on Anxiety (LOA). The pills worked fine but they have a diminishing effect as the body becomes accustomed and they create a dependency I did not want. LOA was not in my insurance network, but my physician knew what he was doing because LOA was great. In less than a month, I was able to drop the pills and use the CBT to sleep great. No more medication and no more sleeping problems. The appointments management was all online. I chose the Wilmette office because it was nearer me. Great results.
