If you’ve read anything I’ve written thus far on this blog, you know I am all about implementing strategies in ways that are non-invasive, not intimidating, and have the potential to perpetuate real change over time. I almost wish that the title was “22 Habits to Cultivate in Order to Change Your Anxiety Forever” for these quick tips can become habits that encourage larger, more substantial change if an individual sticks to enabling them!
The author of the article says it best: “The key to making the actions [mentioned in the article] work is consistency. You’re the expert on your life. Choose the ones that work best for you, and give ’em a shot.”
Remember, it simply starts with the decision to try a “quick tip!” You never know how far it can take you until you try.
You can read all the anti-anxiety advice in the world, but none of this matters unless you take action. To feel more relaxed, to sleep soundly at night, and to put energy into what matters, you have to stop wasting time on tasks that don’t matter.
