As restrictions are being lifted and shifted across the country, many people are experiencing some degree of re-entry anxiety. This article outlines 10 strategies for managing anxiety related to re-entry during the coronavirus pandemic. Staying in the present moment or practicing “mindfulness” can be very meaningful if you are actually out in the community and feeling anxious or if you are considering going out into the community and find yourself feeling anxious about doing so.
